Lauren Keches

Chief of staff

Lauren Keches, MBA, Chief of Staff, is a collaborative, creative, problem solver with a deep passion for leadership, organizational transformation, and learning and development. With experience and expertise in project management, program creation, client management, and talent development, Lauren ensures that the team is supported and has the tools to bring the work to life.

 

Lauren recently graduated with her MBA in Social Impact from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Prior to business school, she spent eight years working in the education non-profit space at Facing History and Ourselves, City Year, and the NEA Foundation. She also completed a year of service with Jesuit Volunteer Corps at L’Arche Spokane. Lauren received her BA in Elementary Education and Human Development from Boston College.

 

Lauren is based in Boston and in her free time enjoys creating in all forms (photography, cookie decorating, design), long walks with a good podcast, and time spent with her husband, Greg, and rescue dog, Olive.
