AI Fluency Training for Teams

Your people are already using AI. Let's make sure they're using it well

Make AI work better by developing the humans behind it

AI tools are already in the workflow. HumanSide helps teams build the judgment, confidence, and practical habits to use those tools responsibly, safely, and in way that does not erode the best parts of being human.

Trusted by organizations that demand the most from their people

WHY WE'RE HERE

We believe in people. We always have.

For 12 years, HumanSide has helped organizations build the human skills that make work better: judgment, trust, communication, leadership, culture, and creativity.

AI has made that work more urgent, not less. This moment asks people to think clearly, make wise decisions, protect what matters, and use new tools without losing the human capacities that make work meaningful.

The HumanSide of AI brings that experience into the AI era.

The Gap

Access to AI is not the same as AI fluency

Most teams already have access to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or another AI tool. What leaders often do not have is a shared standard for using those tools well.

Across the organization, people are drafting, summarizing, deciding, and delivering AI-assisted work. Some of it is better. Some is faster but weaker, riskier, or harder to trust.

The gap is the judgment to use it well and the wisdom and skill to lead that difference.

Foundational Skills for Safe, Confident, Responsible AI Use

The HumanSide of AI is a live, facilitator-led AI fluency program that helps people use AI with better judgment, safer habits, and stronger work. Across three sessions, participants practice with real tasks, learn how to evaluate AI outputs, and build workflows they can use immediately.

This is not tool training.
This is not a compliance lecture.
This is not another webinar.

It builds five practical competencies: AI literacy, prompting, judgment, ethics, and workflow integration.

The Program Format

3 live sessions
3 hours each
Virtual or in-person
Up to 25 participants
Weekly or bi-weekly cadence
Customized to you and your needs

Session 1: Clarity

AI LITERACY & RESPONSIBLE USE

Participants learn how AI works, what it does not do, how to talk about it clearly, and how to navigate risk in everyday work.

LEAVE WITH:

A working mental model for AI that holds up across tools and updates, sharper instincts for spotting risk before it becomes a problem, and the confidence to use AI in ways your organization can stand behind.

Session 2: Control

PROMPTING MASTERY & JUDGEMENT

The variable that matters most in AI isn't the prompt, it's the prompter. Participants strengthen what they bring to AI, build the craft to communicate with it clearly, and leave with a practice they can use the next day on real work.

LEAVE WITH:

An embodied sense of ownership over your work with AI, best practices for prompting that hold up across tools and tasks, and a reference guide of housekeeping habits that keep your AI work clean.

Session 3: Momentum

APPLIED WORKFLOW INTEGRATION

Participants build the skill of applying AI to their real work, spotting the highest-value use cases, rethinking how work gets done, and building safeguards for quality and responsible use.

LEAVE WITH:

A practiced eye for where AI creates leverage in your real work, the skill to redesign how work gets done around it, and the momentum to keep reinventing your workflows as your role and the tools evolve.

A note for your CFO or Tax Advisor

We are not tax advisors, and eligibility depends on your organization's plan design and facts. We can provide itemized documentation and connect your team with resources to evaluate the opportunity.
